Yes, if you have any issues, please get in touch via hello@curljar.com. You have 2 hour after completing your purchase to request cancellation or edits to address due to a swift parcel dispatch. You are responsible for filling out your correct address. Once the order is marked as dispatched, no amendments can be made and we are not liable if it goes to an incorrect address you have entered. Refunds are sent to the original payment method only.

On the rare occasion that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly. Should you receive your item damaged in any way, immediately inform the delivery company as soon as possible to file a claim for damages and also inform Curl Jar within 1 working day of receiving your damaged parcel and we will resolve as quickly as possible.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. 

Due to the nature of the product, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused for sanitary reasons, intact and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Curl Jar does not offer free return postage at this stage, so we advise using a tracked postage service when sending it to ensure it reaches us.

We do not accept returns on the basis that there is an upcoming sale e.g. Black Friday.
