Refund policy

 

UK Returns 

If you are not happy with your products you may return the order for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the products. 

To complete your return, email us at hello@curljar.com, with your order number, reason for exchange/refund - we like to know where we can improve our product & service!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or mini-sized products.

We do not accept returns on the basis that there is an upcoming sale e.g. Black Friday.

Please note: original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns from international customers.

Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days from when item/s has been delivered back to our warehouse. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@curljar.com and we will give further instructions.

Shipping Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue. Please send us an email at hello@curljar.com along with photos of the items and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Late or missing refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
