Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse, usually within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

While we aim for delivery within 2–3 business days, we cannot guarantee this as delays can occasionally occur within the Royal Mail network. We are unable to offer refunds if delivery falls outside this timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control.
Channel Islands & Isle of Man
Orders to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are sent via Yodel Tracked 48, with delivery typically within 2–4 business days.
Gibraltar
Orders to Gibraltar are sent via Royal Mail Business Tracked, with delivery typically within 1–5 business days.
Please note: Gibraltar shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place) — the recipient may be responsible for any local import duties or taxes on delivery.
European Union — Duties & Taxes Included
All EU orders are sent via ParcelForce Tracked. All import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout — there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Switzerland & Norway
Orders to Switzerland and Norway are sent via ParcelForce, typically within 5–10 business days.
Please note: These shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). As non-EU countries, both Switzerland and Norway apply import duties and VAT to incoming goods. The recipient is responsible for any charges applied by their local customs authority on delivery.
United States — Duties & Taxes Included
All US orders are sent via UPS International Tracked. All duties and taxes are included at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days.
Canada — Duties & Taxes Included
All Canadian orders are sent via UPS Tracked. All duties and taxes are included at checkout. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days.
Australia & New Zealand — Duties & Taxes Included
All orders to Australia and New Zealand are sent via UPS Tracked. All duties and taxes are included at checkout. Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days.
United Arab Emirates — Duties & Taxes Included
All UAE orders are sent via UPS Tracked. All duties and taxes are included at checkout. Delivery is typically within 4–9 business days.
Rest of World
All other international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (orders up to 2kg) or ParcelForce Global (orders over 2kg). Delivery is typically within 5–10 business days, though this can vary by destination.

Duties & Taxes
DDP destinations — no surprise charges on delivery: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and all EU countries. All applicable duties and taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.
DAP destinations — recipient pays duties: Switzerland, Norway, Gibraltar and all Rest of World destinations. Curl Jar is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by local authorities. If your order is held in customs, you or the recipient will need to contact your local customs office directly to arrange payment and release of the goods. We are unable to do this on your behalf.

- If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
- Curl Jar Ltd ships from the United Kingdom. The recipient is the importer of record for all international shipments and is responsible for ensuring products comply with all local laws and regulations.
